Have to say if you look back over the forums this type of flakey behaviour or outright failure of the exisitng unhide rows feature in Excel has been reported since 2012. You shouldnt have to write a script to achieve this Microsoft just have to fix the unhide function so it reliably works as intended, the fix is well overdue imho.
