Web7 apr. 2024 · I was able to download the Kindle app from Amazon, but Microsoft Store is not allowing me to download, and it is not listed on the MS Store list of approved apps. This is not acceptable. Please give me easy to understand directions to get this resolved. I am not extremely tech savvy, so your help is much appreciated. Web10 mrt. 2024 · Hello Dan, this is Emily. If you go to Settings > Apps > Apps & featues, you would see "choose wehre to get apps", please pick "anywhere'. If you don't see this option at all, then it is likely you are on S mode. You can type winver in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, it will pop up a small window and see if it mentions S mode.
