I have not tried PMC in 9mm, but I bought and shot 250 rounds of Blazer Brass a few years ago. It all went bang and didn't seem particularly dirty, but it did feel a bit under powered compared to Fiocchi. Btw, Fiocchi is usually cheaper than BB, online anyway, and is full power, accurate, clean and reliable.

For the bolt I went the most expensive brass but I am on my 5th reload on the first 100 pieces, so in a way the cost is coming down. One of the other competitors is on his 12th reload of the same brass. So the cheap way is not always the best route. PMP has less capacity than other headstamps and should be loaded at least 2 grains lighter than Win or LC cases. Knocking it back 2 grains seems a bit much for .223, that will kick you back down to a starting load.
