WebApr 12, 2012 · Wow those are REALLY scratch built. Props for the effort. And bonus points for faces on the front and the utilisation of some old RAM! Whilst the mish-mash of color and textures is a little painful on the eye now, I am very interested in seeing them once they are undercoated and/or painted. WebThe nominal scale of 40K is 28mm ‘heroic’. If you convert this to proportional scale, GW infantry models are supposedly about 1/60 scale. (A six foot tall man measures five feet eight to the eyes.) Other manufacturers sometimes describe 28mm as 1/56 scale. If you take a GW figure and measure it, it probably does measure about 28mm to the eyes.
